Plarad’s success story is closely linked to the continuous development and optimization of its products in the field of bolting systems. Whether in the steel construction, construction machinery industry, wind power or general mechanical engineering sectors: powerful, precise, but also easy-to-use tools are required. Only in this combination  reproducible and traceable screwdriving results can be achieved reliably.

Efficient tools are also an absolute must in the traffic and transport sector. That is why we provide targeted support for maintenance and servicing work on trucks, agricultural and forestry machinery, rail transport and mining vehicles through close cooperation, in order to achieve the greatest possible efficiency and the best ergonomic handling for our customers – and all thanks to the combination of technical innovation and powerful gears.

“We have never rested on what we have achieved. Our interest has always been to take us a step forwards. The goal is to make working with our equipment easier, faster, but also safer and more precise.”

With the new generation of its DA2 battery nutrunner, for example, the company is making a decisive contribution to ensuring that vehicles and construction machinery can be operated as efficiently as possible and with low maintenance. With the large model range of the DA2docu battery nutrunners, we cover a wide field of torque ranges from 500 to 4,800 Nm. In November 2019, we added the DA2-80 model to the range. This powerful battery nutrunner in the DA2 portfolio has a torque range up to 8 000 Nm, making it the most powerful battery nutrunner on the market. In combination with our 4-speed high-speed gearbox, bolting can be done quickly and efficiently.

In addition, our DE1docu electric nutrunner impresses with its 8,000 Nm of concentrated power. It is powerful, light and ensures precise and safe bolted connections. The two-digit torque code 00-99 can be set via corresponding buttons.

The DE1docu-plus scores especially with the torque/torque angle feature (combined procedure). The angle design allows unrestricted working even in hard-to-reach places.

All DE1-series and DA2-series nutrunners are equipped with the new documentation function as standard. Bolting operations can thus be recorded without gaps and saved on a terminal device. This makes the work process not only transparent, but also traceable and safe.
