The DE1docu extends the core functionality of the DE1power by adding integrated documentation of tightening results. It has been developed for applications where audit capability, traceability and quality assurance are key requirements.

Documentation via WLAN

The DE1docu features:

  • Integrated web server

  • WLAN interface

  • Access via mobile devices

  • Complete recording and analysis of tightening results

The data can be viewed and analyzed locally.
The internal memory is dimensioned to meet the requirements of industrial applications.

50 Programmable Tightening Programs

Up to 50 programmable tightening programs are available for different components or torque specifications.

In addition, the tool features:

  • Torque lock function

  • Display of all tightening program data on the OLED display

  • Temperature-compensated torque control

The key difference lies in the integrated documentation and WLAN functionality.

For applications requiring additional torque-angle control, the DE1control variant is available.
