Electric Torque Wrench DE1control

Precisely reproducible and accurate bolting results at one go

The DE1control is the most advanced variant of the DE1 series, designed for safety-critical bolting applications requiring a defined tightening torque and additional torque-angle control. It combines documentation, torque-controlled and torque-angle tightening methods within one system.

Torque-Angle Mode and Combined Procedures

The DE1control offers the following operating modes:

  • Torque mode

  • Angle mode

  • Combined torque/angle mode

  • Angle counting mode

  • Verification mode

Torque/Angle Mode

The tightening torque is first applied in a torque-controlled manner.
Subsequently, the fastener is rotated further by an adjustable angle of up to 999° – completed within a single operation cycle.

Angle Counting Mode

In this mode, shut-off is torque-controlled.
The angle is measured starting from the minimum torque threshold and serves as a monitoring parameter.

This mode is particularly suitable for quality-monitored bolting applications requiring additional process control.

Like the DE1docu, the docuplus variant features:

In addition, it enables the complete implementation of complex tightening procedures.

Verification Mode

The verification mode enables the inspection of previously tightened bolts without over-tightening.

This makes the DE1control suitable for:
